If you want to be a UFC champion, you can forget about wasting your money on supplements and protein shakes. Light heavyweight king Lyoto Machida revealed that he and his father, Yoshizo Machida, have been drinking their own urine for years in order to flush out their system.
Machida will be defending his strap this Saturday at UFC 113 against Mauricio “Shogun” Rua. Although the highly anticipated rematch has been the talk of the MMA world, today’s footage is now dominating the Internet.
Father Machida stated that his son has been sipping his own urine for a number of years and has been doing it everyday leading up to this weekend’s scrap.
Just in case you didn’t believe the Machidas love them some pee, Yoshizo showed MMAFighting’s Ariel Helwani firsthand what goes down every morning at their household.
I wonder if it tastes better warm or on the rocks?
