Tachi Palace Fights title-challenger Lenny Lovato Jr. looks to live up to family name

At West Mesa High School in Albuquerque, N.M., up to 3,000 people will show up for a wrestling event.

A big reason the school became such a powerhouse was because of competitor and eventual coach Lenny Lovato Sr., whose son, Lenny Jr., would soon feel the pressure to live up to the family name.

Even today – as an undefeated MMA fighter who soon meets UFC vet Gabe Ruediger for the vacant Tachi Palace Fights lightweight title – the Greg Jackson-trained fighter and recording artist hopes to make his family proud.
